Terms of service

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Shelby's Smocks's Website.
 
Please carefully read the below terms and conditions. 

  • Orders can take up to 7 days from point of ordering to delivery. We aim to make this sooner but please be aware before ordering that in extreme cases it can take longer due to unforseen circumstances with covid19.
  • Payment plans are available, with 3rd parties such as Clearpay and Laybuy. Your payments and account with such companies is no responsibility of Shelby's Smocks.  
  • No Refunds on items, exchange only were possible.
  • Exchanges will ONLY be given if items return back in the condition they were sent.
  • All parcels are posted through Royal Mails signed for service. We always send you the customer proof of posting and we retain a copy for our records.
  • Once parcels are posted and you have been given your tracking number, the parcels are no longer our responsibility.
  • If a order is placed using the next day delivery service with Royal Mail After 1pm it will then be posted the next business working day (Monday-Friday).
